Basic characteristics: Very fine aroma hop. Low Alpha. Used for light bittering, flavoring, aroma and dry hopping. Slightly more aromatic than Lublin with delicate spicy, herbal and slightly hoppy notes. Used for low bittering, flavoring, aroma and dry-hopping.  Bred in family of Northern brewer female and Polish unknown father. Registered in 1988.

Aroma: Very fine, delicate, notable. 
             Substitute: Lublin, Tettneng, Spalt, Liberty, Sterling, Santiam, Ultra, Willamette, Fuggle, Styrian Golding.
Bittering: Low, but nice and cleen bitterness character desirable in classy lagers and many Belgian styles.
             Substitute: Lublin, SAAZ, Hersbrucker, Hallertauer, Glacier.

Bittering: Clean and crisp.
               Ales: Sweet Stout, Stout, Belgian: Flanders Brown, Blond, Dubbel, Strong, White, Lambic.  English: Bitter, Mild, Strong, Brown. Scottish: Light, Strong, Heavy and Export,
